Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised People Experience Coordinator to support the delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives across the organisation.

This role plays an important part in ensuring our employees feel heard, supported and engaged by coordinating employee listening programmes, wellbeing initiatives, engagement events and internal communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing employee feedback, coordinating impactful engagement initiatives and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of people experience programmes.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytical and people-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Employee Listening & Insights
    • Coordinate and administer employee listening programmes, including engagement, pulse and recognition surveys.
    • Analyse survey data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve employee experience.
    • Compile survey reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
    • Monitor participation levels and drive engagement through targeted communications and reminders.
    • Track engagement metrics and support leadership with regular insights on employee sentiment.
  1. Wellbeing & Engagement Initiatives
    • Coordinate and deliver wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
    • Support the planning, communication and implementation of wellbeing campaigns and programmes.
    • Track initiative participation and feedback, and compile post-initiative reports to measure impact and improvement opportunities.
  1. Employee Experience Events
    • Assist in planning and coordinating employee recognition events and engagement activities.
    • Manage event logistics including suppliers, platforms, communications and attendance tracking.
    • Provide operational support during events and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
    • Compile event feedback and insights following each engagement activity.
  1. Internal Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and distribute internal communications relating to employee engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives and events.
    • Maintain the employee engagement communications calendar.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to promote initiatives and encourage participation.
    • Provide regular updates to management on engagement activities and initiatives.
  1. Programme Administration & Reporting
    • Maintain engagement platforms, survey tools and initiative trackers.
    • Ensure employee databases remain accurate for survey distribution and reporting.
    • Compile engagement participation reports and dashboards.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across all programmes and initiatives.

 

Key Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or studies in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Experience in data analytics, survey coordination, employee engagement or events coordination will be advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders will be beneficial.
